ADAs and judges have a right to be soft on it but we have a right to complain

Abolish prison and arrest etc otherwise toughen crime laws. We shouldn't have them but as long as we do we have to oblige by them (peaceful)

No he didn’t. He thought she was drunk and was worried about her driving. If she would have just told him she didn’t answer questions and kept her mouth shut, he would have had to let her go. Because he had no legal reason to detain her until she started talking and lingered long enough for the owners of the luggage to show up.

@justsayin1991 he literally said "I don't think you're drunk." He was stalling until his backup arrived and a female officer showed up in case she had stolen items in her bra or underwear. He was there for the theft the whole time and used the "I just want to make sure you're ok to drive" excuse so she'd give him her keys so she couldn't takeoff.

How could you possibly watch this and not catch that???

⁠ @justsayin1991 Excellent police work, the off duty officer realized the women was a pathetic liar and clearly concealing her identity, additionally he believed her behavior was bizarre reason enough to detain her and question her…clearly her answers were all over the place, particularly her lying about her name. The police should have given her some stick time and OC spray. I hate a thief and lier…hopefully she gets sent to jail for years !

@citygirlingraham Because sometimes people have a low functioning autistic child that is flight risk. It's like, do you chase after your kid or watch your luggage? And yelling his name doesn't do anything. Since a child like that is focused, they do whatever. You don't know their story. But, now you know what I go through sometimes. Just trying to educate a little. I used to assume the worst out of people, too. Until, I ran into situations that most won't understand.
