The cops are treating this career criminal like she's the prom queen! Her first DUI arrest involved totaling her Jeep. She pleaded out this shoplifting arrest on October 4, 2023. She was later arrested again on December 12, 2023 and charged with fencing and dealing stolen property under 2C:20-7.1B(1).  I wonder how many times she was arrested in 2024 since we're 5 months into it!

I guess it’s a crime but it’s a misdemeanor. It’s just a ticket as if you were going 10 miles over the speed limit. Insane. It’s no wonder ppl don’t learn after their first DWI and are getting 3 and 4 of them. Until they kill someone. Because no state takes it seriously.

@OneStepBeyondu

 @BTalina  Nice try but I call bullshit. First off, NJ doesn't use the terms felony or misdemeanor and DUI is none of the above.  It's a traffic violation, hence not a crime.  You can never, ever get a jury trial for it.

1

Reply

@BTalina

2 months ago

 @OneStepBeyondu  Well, that’s kinda sad. High levels of alcohol in your blood can obviously lead to someone’s death or your own. So, I don’t know how the law can’t see that. You get a slap on the wrist for being lethal behind the wheel. Nice.

1:03:38 She completely lied to the officer... it says in the description that she was arrested for her SECOND DUI only one month prior to this arrest, yet she only tells the officer about her arrest for the first DUI that took place in the previous year! And then she has the gall to tell them that she “learned her lesson” from that first arrest! Unreal.

If you don’t believe me, read the dates in the description box! And btw, I’ve seen her other videos, and this young lady is legit a pathological liar. Trying to get the truth out of her is like pulling teeth!

@user-littlewhitedove.1306 - I am sorry for your son  yes, driving under the influence of a substance is a serious crime in all countries in the world

Here in the Netherlands the max. alcohol in your blood --> 0.2 for a beginner (<5 years driver license) and 0.5 for an advanced driver.

When caught above these limits while driving, the license will immediately gets suspended and you will get it only back after a very expensive training which would cost  e. 1.000.

When driving under influence (DUI) is combined with an accident involving persons injured, traumatized or in the worst scenario death of a passenger, minor, elderly, bystander, pedestrian on the pedestrian crossing etc. etc. the list is long. The driver responsible for causing an accident and bodily harm/death will get the worst possible maximum sentence: lifetime removal of the driver license and prison time (varies from 1 year to 3 years) with probation and mandatory professional addiction treatment
