Also Bill Maher was recently whining on CNN about Harris not taking interviews being insulting and worse than Trump just attacking them because it implies she doesn't need the press. So I could give a damn about his opinion.

I think her staff said she intended on doing a media interview before the end of August (so 6 days left for that). Then there is the debate in early September (if Trump doesn't bail). I do think it's smart to ride the waves of the current thing so the momentum continues through November. So spacing these events are important.

However, she needs to have a town hall or a news conference. Field some live questions with both media and voters. She doesn't need to be interviewed by any one person or go on any one news channel. It's part of a campaign trail to do those events. I'm assuming she is doing alot of prep work though which is part of the reason she's held off.
