My mind tricks me into exaggerating how bad things are politically in order to trick me into believing those things are true to help me roleplay 'fake' anger into order to satisfy my hidden anger fetish

Example 1

My mind will trick me into believing that the liberalish activist groups like SPLC, No8 Campaign and the ADL will smear any person regardless of political status who speaks out against Brian Thompson's family being threatened by leftist activists,  as far right extremists for said people speaking out against such left wing extremism (since going after Brian's family regardless of him being corrupt and horrible is wrong), the same way the SPLC, ADL and No8 rightfully labels MAGA and Groypers as far right extremists

I mean I can live with people supporting people saying Brian Thompson's family is fair game for their activism but for liberal activist groups to take that and then smear people against such harassment as far right or extremist is so disgusting it makes it easy to get angry about it 

And my mind makes me think that thinking is prevalent in our society causing me to further satisfy this roleplaying chicken little anger fetish by me throwing temper tantrums non stop for hours believing its true and satisfying my anger fetish (Cassie Fairbanks is not far off from being older than me , Luigi Mangione is only a decade or two away from being older than me)

So I go nuts over this make believe false equivalency (and slippery sloping) by the SPLC, ADL, No8 of them saying that being against Brian Thompson's family being harassed by left wing activists is as bad as the far right things that MAGA and Groypers do (of course if those lib activist groups like the SPLC really believed that it would be downplaying MAGA and the Groypers and would thus backfire on those activist groups but knowing that would ruin my anger fetish)

Anyway so even though in the back of mind I know the SPLC, ADL, No8 has never and will never even criticize people for being against Brian Thompson's family being harassed (since i most of those people in those groups liekly are against him being killed in the first place),  let alone lumping in such criticism with such extremism as climate change denial, antisemetism, fascism etc I still pretend it is true to satifsy my anger fetish and thus roleplay anger

Also happens on your DGG forums. My mind will pretend that your DGG redditors will smear Vlodomyr Zelensky as a Hasan like Tankie if Vlomodyr does anything that is even slightly against the Neocon establishment's wet dreams. This causes me to roleplay so much manufactured anger that I go insane. 

Then I get insane and angry that your DGG redditors are so neocon and liberal that while ya'll would never look at Vlodomyr as even a remote tankie, based on the way yall falsely smear Noam Chomsky, Henry Kissinger, Emma Vigeland, heck even Ana Kasparian as tankies (Ana is only tankie on the Armenian genocide yet even that I would be embarassed to tell anyone in public I believe Ana is tankieish on that),  it isn't hard for my mind to trick me into believing ya'll could make that extreme leap to that moronic line of neocon extremist thought. Then I become legit angry at your redditors so much so I want to get them arrested by tricking them into swatting people (thus me jail them for even giving off the impression of being extremist neocons)

I do this in order to get angry in a cheap quick way so I can get a buzz and a high (as in drug high) off that role playing anger of me pretending our society is that bad

Then I get angry that our political is so extreme that while not that extreme, its still extreme enough I can trick myself into believing it is that extreme (i wouldn't be able to do so if our society was more stable as it was before MAGA or in the 1970s under Jimmy Carter or under Ronald Reagan who compared to MAGA, Joe Biden and GWB is a freaking above average President). Now this type of anger is real and causes me to go off a bit
